Replacement/Refund Policy

At Oh Soy Amazing, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality products. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring a positive experience for our valued customers.

1. Eligibility for Refund:

  • Refunds are only offered on products that arrive damaged. To be eligible, the item must be reported as damaged within 7 days of delivery and must be returned in its original packaging. Please note that slight imperfections such as color variations or small air bubbles are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

2. Time Frame:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days after receiving your order. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund.

3. Refund Process:

  • Refunds can only be made on damaged items. To request a refund, please contact our customer service at admin@ohsoyamazing.co.za
     with your order number and details of the damage.

4. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. This does not include slight imperfections due to colour variations or air bubbles within the products. We will arrange for a replacement. For replacements, the same guidelines apply as outlined in our refund policy.
