1. What are your products made of?

All Candle jars and Homeware items are made of Jesmonite, an eco-friendly acrylic resin which is solvent free with no volatile organic compounds. Our Pillar Candles are made of 100% Soy Pillar Wax and luxe fragrance oils. Our Jar Candles are made of 100% Soy Wax, while our Massage Candles are made of Coconut Wax.

2. What are your processing times?

All our products are made to order. Standard order processing times are between 3 - 7 business days. Larger order processing times are between 7 - 14 business days.

3. Do you offer customization options?

Yes we do, kindly contact us if you would like any colours that are not part of our standard range.

4. Do you offer Wholesale pricing for bulk orders?

Yes we do. Our minimum quantity to qualify for our Wholesale pricing is 10 units per product.

5. What is your return policy?

If your package has been damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can rectify this issue.
Refunds will only be done if an item has been damaged.

This does not include slight imperfections due to colour variations or air bubbles within the product.

In order to to qualify for a return or refund, please ensure that your product is in its original packaging.
